You can choose between three types of rates available…

  • “FLEXIBLE” PLAN: BY NUMBER OF ACTIVATED LICENSE

    A fee will be billed at the beginning of each month based on the total number of licenses that have been activated during the previous month.

  • “ACTIVE” PLAN: BY THE NUMBER OF ACTIVE USERS

    At the beginning of each month, a fee will be billed based on the total number of active users on scorm-NEXT during the previous month.

  • “CORPORATE PLAN”: ANNUAL FLAT RATE

    A fixed rate will be billed annually, based on the number of maximum users per month, with no subscription limits.

“FLEXIBLE PLAN”: BY THE NUMBER OF ACTIVATED LICENSES

A monthly fee will be billed based on the total number of licenses that were activated* during the last month and the duration of each license.

* A license is “activated” when a student access a content through a SCORM connector for the first time. From that moment, the student will have the time specified in the license duration to complete the content. Activated licenses are billed only once, in the month after they are activated.

“ACTIVE” PLAN: BY THE NUMBER OF ACTIVE USERS

A monthly fee will be billed based on the total number of active users* in scormNEXT during the last month, according to different price intervals.

* An “active user” is that unique user (student) who, during the current month, has accessed some content, regardless of the number of licenses he/she activates or in how many courses is enrolled to.

The internal users necessary for the administration and management of the platform are excluded for billing purposes: administrators, editors and training managers.

“CORPORATE” PLAN: ANNUAL FLAT RATE

An annual fee will be billed in advance based on the maximum number of users available throughout the billing year. Users can be subscribed/activate licenses on unlimited products. In the event the limit of contracted users is exceeded, the additional users will be billed according to the rates indicated in the table.
